Tree Shadows - Plein Aire

6"x8" Oil on Panel

It's 23 degrees outside my nose is numb my toes are numb and I can barely feel my fingers. Why? Because I've been doing some plein aire painting. I did more experimentation on this one, I used some Oil of Spike Lavender as a medium and played with my palette knife quite a bit.

Colors used: Titanium White - Winton, Hansa Yellow Medium- Gamblin, Yellow Ocher - Winton, Ultramarine Blue - Winton Alizarin Crimson - M. Graham.
